Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Satvaksha, we want every order to feel fair, transparent and worry-free. This page explains how cancellations, refunds and issues with your order are handled.
1. Cancellations
- • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- • Once an order has been dispatched from our partner store or rider, cancellation is not possible.
Tip: If you need to cancel, do it as early as possible from the "My Orders" section to avoid preparation and rider allocation.
2. Refunds
- • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
- • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How refunds are processed
- • Online payments (UPI / cards / wallets) are refunded to the same source.
- • For COD orders where a refund is approved, we may request your UPI or bank details for secure transfer.
Payments and refunds are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Satvaksha does not store your card, UPI, or wallet details on its servers.
3. Non-Refundable Items
• Perishable goods (like fresh groceries, dairy, sweets, and bakery items) cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless they are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Because these items are fresh and time-sensitive, we follow strict hygiene and safety measures from kitchen to doorstep.
4. Issues with Orders
If you receive damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- A brief note about the issue
- Clear photo or video proof (if applicable)
Warning: Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds or replacements, as product condition becomes difficult to verify.
